I offer private, in-person personal training right here on the Northshore for women who want that one-on-one, hands-on experience; live virtual training for those who prefer to work out from home with real-time coaching and accountability; customized online training through the Trainerize app, where I build you a 4-week program tailored specifically to your goals; and my Get Fit At Home beginner program — a 6-week, no-gym-needed plan you can do in just 30 minutes a day.
