Hi, I'm Rebecca Carter

Certified since 2019, I've been where you are, going to the gym, not knowing what to do, or where to start. Feeling like I don't fit in and everyone knows I have no clue what I'm doing. It's why I decided to become a trainer! I specialize in working with women who are beginners to not only build strength, but to also build confidence both in and out of the gym.

That blonde little cutie with me is my assistant coach, Ginger. She will bombard you with plenty of kisses for motivation. Other than that, she's not very good at her job!

If your goal is to lose body fat and build muscle, nutrition is the key driver. You can't out train a bad diet, so I include nutritional coaching along with my training services. The two go hand in hand to reach the results you are looking for.
